Attuned Families is a multidisciplinary private practice clinic that specializes in supporting children, youth, and families from an attachment-based lens to address the root cause of social, emotional, relational, and behavioural difficulties in children/youth; leading families to connection and helping children/youth reach their full potential.

Child & Family Therapist
Job Overview
The practice is growing and welcomes applications for a Child & Family Therapist. We are particularly interested in applicants who can offer Music Therapy, as well as those who are Bilingual (English & French).

Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to a client's unique needs.
Collaborate with team members and other care providers to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Maintain accurate and up to date documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Engage in data collection and research activities to enhance therapeutic practices and improve patient care.
Maintain a commitment to the mission and values of our practice, including ongoing professional development.
Stay informed of current best practices in therapy.
Qualifications
A Masters degree in Social Work, Psychotherapy, and/or Counselling Psychology is required
Must be registered and in good standing with the regulating body for your credentials (i.e., RSW, RP)
A minimum of 5 years supervised experience in a clinical setting
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with patients and families.
Certification as a Music Therapist is required for the role of MusicTherapist.
Fluency in French is required for the role of Bilingual Therapist.

Qualifications
Fluent in French and English
Previous experience working with children and their families
Ability to educate and engage children in various activities

CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders

Remain registered and in good standing with your regulating body
Qualifications
