Meet Amber
Amber is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Ontario and a Registered Expressive Arts Therapist (REAT) with the International Expressive Arts Therapy Association. She brings over eight years of experience working with children, parents, underprivileged women, caregivers, older adults, and diverse communities through expressive arts interventions. Her work has addressed a wide range of areas, including supporting individuals with special educational needs (SEN), healing from childhood trauma, navigating challenging family dynamics, managing emotional disturbances, enhancing self-esteem, and developing effective stress management skills.
Amber believes that the arts and imagination are powerful therapeutic agents—offering pathways to self-awareness, self-expression, and creative problem-solving for life’s challenges. Her sessions are both deep and playful, fostering a safe and supportive environment where individuals can approach difficulties with courage and openness. Guided by her art-based training, Amber helps clients explore non-verbal and sensory modes of expression, enriching their flexibility, resilience, and capacity to engage with life in new and meaningful ways.
