Meet Christina

 

Christina Lanteigne is a Registered Social Worker with over 8 years of experience supporting infants, children, youth, and parents in various community settings. Christina specializes in Perinatal and Infant Mental Health.

She supports clients with adjusting to parenthood, maternal mental health, infant mental health, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and parent/child relationship troubles. 

With warmth and compassion, Christina gets to know you and your children, family dynamics, and your hopes for outcomes of therapy. Christina is highly trauma-informed and committed to healing within relationships, meaning that she will work diligently to ensure that her relationship with your family will be a place of comfort and safety. 

Christina believes in supporting people across the lifespan. She has specialized training in infant mental health, and draws on her own experience as a parent, ensuring a safe and non-judgmental space to navigate your concerns. She supports your family with a primary focus on Attachment Theory, Emotion-Focused Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. She is also dedicated to ongoing education so that she can remain grounded in an anti-oppressive framework and dedicated to anti-racism.
